Bookings & Cancellations
Credit Card details or Voucher Numbers are required to secure a booking. Due to the exclusive nature of our day spa experience, deposits will only be refunded if the cancellation is received 14 days prior to the date of arrival.
Please kindly note. There will be a 100% charge for cancellations of appointments with less than 24 hours notice or clients who do not attend their appointment.
We also reserve the right to decline a booking without reason as decided by the management, in this case if a valid gift voucher has been received by you then a full refund will be issued.
Please note that as a courtesy to all our clients a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to and therefore it may not be possible to honour late appointments. Treatments begun late will still finish at the appointed time, so other clients are not inconvenienced. Please take care of your valuables as we cannot take liability for their loss.
As a courtesy to all our clients it would be appreciated if mobile phones could be switched off at all times within the day spa. The minimum age for treatments is 16. We regrettably cannot accommodate babies and children.
At South Beach Spa Woodbury we have parking available in our private driveway. We cannot take responsibility for any damage or loss of cars whilst on our driveway, cars are parked at the owners risk.
